It would so much better if the original water flow was ever restored. It only runs at a fraction of it's real volume during the day and even less at night. All the rest of the water is diverted upstream to business. I doubt if it will ever run true again as it would destroy all the piers and tea houses downstream. Its a shame to think it is all controlled electronically, but still a fine pic!
