Firstly leme add there is no color alteration in this picture. No post work at all except crop. Now the story of this butty.......... The office where I work now.... for the last 1 week or so ( I have been transfered) is located in a defence sensitive area hence cellphone signals are very weak. I got a phone call and I couldn't attend it as the signal was almost negligible inside my cabin........... the signal becomes better if you move out of the office area, so , came out......... and attended the call. It was a fairly long discussion and since I have problem with my heels I was finding it difficult to stand and talk so I opened my car and entered in and continued talking. Just 20 meters aways I saw this Floroscent butty flying around and again landing on the ground...... our friend Richard can explain better this behaviour. You can see the ground where this butty is sitting is a moist.... actually a few feet away there was a water log too.......... a crow came flying and took a sip of water and then it went straight and started attacking this butty.......... the butty got hurt here I guess........ but somehow it managed to flutter around the crow and I don't know what exactly it did .....the crow flew off and it again landed on the ground. My phone conversation was still on and I was wishing for it to end as I din't want to miss this butty and my camera was in my bag inside my cabin. Suddenly out of nowhere another bird which we call........ Maina ( sorry dont know the english name of it ) comes and attacks this butty......and the butty again fights back.......... a few mins latter the crow also joined and I was like F****k.... I need to capture this and I came out of the car. To my surprise, the butty managed to scare off both the birds and they flew off and it again landed on it's original position......... I went in ......picked my cam...........came out...... took 2 shots..................and it flew off........... It's only on later inspection that I noticed that the wings are damaged on this one..........I was happy I got these two precious shots. As I entered back into the office I saw some leafs and suddenly my instinct told me that what looked like a dry leaf was no dry leaf but a butt...........and yes, it was........ I will post that some other time. ":O)) SNAKEY
