Hey Ken, Very nice. Right outta the movie! Nice job on the wake and running water, one of your better efforts on that element. Since the Nautilus is attacking on the surface, (something she didn't do in the movie or book)wouldn't it be more dramatic to have the steamer, seeing the sub attacking, maybe increase the smoke from the stack (as if she's getting up more steam to try to escape). And maybe in a futile gesture firing a single bow gun, the white powder smoke and solitary flame from the gun, small but billowing out from the ship? And then, the waterspout from the one shot shows in the water between the rudder fluke and the spine of the sub. Do you see what I mean? Like we have caught the attack and frozen a moment, where the steamer, knowing it is doomed, still tries to fight off the monster....but anyway, as is, a very good scene.

Excellent work - the image is well composed & balanced, and the post-pro for the smoke and particularly the wake is outstanding.

Excellent scene, Ken. Great sky, and the turbulence around the Nautilus wonderfully portrays speed and menace.

The master is at it once again; don't you ever get tired of putting all of our ideas, creativity and renders to shame? You have so successfully blended the postwork of the froth with the background to make it completely conviencing. Awesome work. 5+
