Hello!
This is a first for me. Lot's of post work and so many people to thank. I have been going through Ravnheart and Toxicangel's tutorials and have used Ravnheart's Landscape brushes on the background.
As for the model, it is Blackhearted's Girl Next Door. The clothes and sword are As Shanim.
I plan on doing a final render later with hair, what I am really hoping for is some help as I am completely new at this photoshop work and I need some constructive feedback to make sure I am moving in the right direction.
Thanks to all the wonderful vendors whose products went into this!

I think it's beautiful already, the Photoshop work and the Poser render itself. Actually, I like her with that bald head in this scene; it makes her seem austere. :) Still, I am sure she will be most stunning with hair, can't wait to see the final pic! The only thing I wonder about is if her top should stand away from her body so much; seems a bit big. Awesome work, I'll be back for more!

Excellent beginning. The thing that I like best is that you've got the pose spot on. The way that weight really shifts in different poses is what often goes wrong, in many images here and even in some parts of the most recent King Kong movie. You've got it nailed. The rest of the image is great too, but the posing... Perfect.
