This is a little image
I did in psps 8 today
The title is the terrible way
I felt yesterday,my spinal stenosis
and fibromyalgia
ganged up on me big time,
I had aches and pains
everywhere from my feet to my head
in every fiber of my body:
I'm not looking for sympathy now
as I feel better today,not 100%

Exercise is the only answer to pain. What is not used feels hard and stiff and strong but is brittle and weak. Any prisoner could show you this. His jailer would be happy to make it known. It's a competitive world we live in now. If you cannot win on sport, then you must seek an adversary to strength in order to enslave the minds of the strong. I saw that kitsch is ruling the cruise auctions of art. The masters of old are being challenged by a new wave of enlightenment. This bright, highly saturated pallete has found a market.

Tallpindo_Exercise is the only answer to pain?? not always my friend I go to the gym 5 times a week this is the spine narrowing and it makes it worse lately I may need surgery and I been avoiding it since 1990 but thanks for your input anyway: thanks for coming by everyone: hugs))

Hi Evie, I exercise every day I take a brisk drive at high speed man that power stearing is hard on the arms ( don't even want to discuss power brakes ) Very very beautiful work my friend. Stay cool, be cool ! George!
