Dear friends, thank You for Your nice comments and pleasant compliments. We still have the World Championship going on as You may see. But our best player is not Zidan ofcourse - amateurs are not allowed to participate in our Championship - only pros! So our friend Gunnar has won the title of the best one. An incredible job of caturing action and the subject is wonderful! I keep thinking about what my "girls" would do if I tossed a ball and all I can assume from the known facts is that they would sit in the shade of our apple tree while I did the fetching... :-)

my dog minka absolutely LOVES footballs. I think she may be a keeper because she's happiest when i kick them directly at her. Excellent shot!

I love the clear sharp color contrasts of dog to ball vs background. Not to mention the the stop action capture. I wonder, how many shots did you take before the subject was actually in the picture? Can't tell you how often I've clicked only to find that I missed it!! Extremely nice shot.
