Queen Anne's Lace is quite white here, and not nearly so pink...I'm not sure I would've recognized it,save for the telltale red dot. It's actually a lovely flower, yet I can't help but be amused to see people actually pay money for it in floral displays, when it grows wild nearly everywhere, little opportunist that it is,lol...Regardless,it's a lovely capture,Richard. You made what many call a 'weed' look both beautiful and elegant.Have a wonderful week.-M :^)

I was wondering what "wild carrot" was, so Marlene's comment was enlightening too. Nice shot - I'd never really noticed the "red dot" before. I really enjoy the beauty here, but also it's served my education well. Thanks!!!

In your intention of capture, you showing great consideration for colors. Filling the camera's viewfinder with the flower, greatly improve the impact of this flower. Your composition technique here indicate your big creativity, which made most effective photograph. Thank you !!!
