Description
In 2285 Captain Christine Chapel of the Phoenix and Commodore Kevin Riley, commander of squadron X -ray Beta 8201 were sent to Organia to inquire of the Council of Elders about the escalation of tensions between Vulcan and Andoria. Elder Aleybourne introduced the new council member Ayeraphaet, who had just returned from Vulcan. A Vulcan ambassador had been assassinated and the Vulcan High Council was preparing retaliatory strikes against the Andorians.

I love the scene and lighting. The Posing needs some work to look less stiff but good work otherwise.
