This isn't bad, but I think the flames don't look quite right. Maybe you should make the glow thing a bit transparant so the actual flame is visible. Still, I think fire is hard to make in 3d.

For the fire, try blur's Fire Atm. plugin. Gives really convincing results. Nice pic, though a bit overcrowd for me.
