Don't worry about the guy's head; that's just a detail... Don't get lost in them. The shot is excellent and gorgeous. Guy or not ;o))

I really love this shot the sun and person are exicuting the rule of thirds perfectly and the person's view is shown but the free space from which our eyes can roam in.
