I am a photographer who loves nature of all kinds. I have had my Canon 70D for a little over 5 yeasr and I love it. I recently splurged and bought the 7D Mark II. Love it, too! Macro has been my passion lately.

I really like this! I have wanted to visit the Eel River for some time and so far it hasn't worked out. After seeing this, I have a renewed goal. I like the flowers in the foreground... they seem to lead the eye to the center and then the winding water takes you on back and out of the frame nicely. Very good.

I like the flowers in the foreground too - but what counts is that you like them. A beautiful view, so sunny with warm, rich color. Wonderful photo!

Your work stands for itself: It needs no acknowledgment or recognition to be beautiful and special. The most important thing is that you felt the sacredness of that space, and chose to share it with us all. I feel the same way as you do about the South fork of the Eel; I posted a couple panos of it maybe two years ago.
