Dubai has plenty of money. They'll build this just because it's so COOL! Oh, and I just noticed on this edition that the escalators have a "disk-at-the-end" motif. Very nice! What have all of our 'real' escalator designers simply fallen into the boring stainless steel designer prison?! Somebody call up OTIS!
