Description
Just trying out some of the new features with the latest version of DAZ, some bumps and shader settings. The shadows seem to work well in my early tinkering with this software - not overly happy with the outcome of the hair - but that can possibly be re-worked. Will re-post when done. For your consideration - I thank you. P.S. Click on the image to see the full size version - I think it is a little better image wise.

You could try using a metallic shader for the hair, helps bring out the colours, and if you're using bump maps on the skin, it can be usefull to crank up the glossy and specular str % settings and then use the bump map on both parameters (since the bump map is usually greyscale midtones this cuts the average % setting to half whats on the slider).

AD - thanks - I am using the metallic shader for the hair, as well as minimal bump settings for the skin. Just curious - are you talking plugging in the actual bump map in the glossy and specular parameter sections? I have never tried that - I shall give it a try.
