Great picture of the storm. It hit us really hard too. All the patio furniture was blown up against the fence. It was so noisy I thought our building was comming down.

Crazy Storm, Evie. I wish we could get some rain here in Mesa. North Phoenix area seems to get some (not alot) But Mesa doesn't get any. We do get the hot temps and the humidity. Grrrr

Hi Evie heck of a storm the weather is wild this year again it's been warmer then usual this month in Montreal also high 90 degrees very high humidity plus wild Thunder Storms also. Global Warming is here without question and I believe we haven't seen anything yet. Excel capture! George. (ps when you came here in June it was cool you should see it now plenty hot)

I don't need to tell you the temps were 110 degrees here and abouts. Had three power black-outs this weekend. Tried to do some work on Scurge so I can get Chira rolling again but outages forestalled that endevor. That storm kinda blew past us in SB. Just caught the edge of it. Minor wind and lightning.. but quite the show.. off in the distant south and east. I heard 35,000 folks in LA had no power the whole weekend.. That really sucks and is down right deadly. Anyway, nice(?) pic...lol. Hugs from Dave :^)

Out in the desert this happens. In the LA basin 1966-1978, once. The car seems frightened of the wind and rain. It has sucked up it's butt and is scooting.

Great shot of the storm. Those clouds are superb. I adore storms... something so elemental about them. Excellent on both shots... I've taken a cue from you and while housebound at the moment have been watching the skies for those incredible sunsets...
