Do airplane engines glow to indicate thrust? As far as I know Viper engines only glow when they hit afterburners

Very nicely composed image with great models and texturing. The cloud deck really adds a nice touch along with a terrific sky. Perhaps a bit of motion blur or depth of field effect to add some dynamics. Nice work!
