It looks stunning, but you already know that. I'd have to say for a model like this tiny touches make all the difference. When i'm walking around downtown, i notice a great many buildings like this. Perhaps a random bend on the street level grates, the odd chip in the fascia. A stain or discoloration. Basically, a representation of the wear and tear of daily life. The chaos of reality. Imagine someone breaking a bottle against the wall, the constant flow of car exhaust, a decade of people leaning against the rail. Condensate would gather in the crevices, the seams, and eventually drip down, over and over, creating stains. If you're looking for perfection, i'd say vary the color of the stone just for interest, perhaps a darker stone for the foundation, or maybe a different type of stone for the decorative elements.

Mit welcher Version ist das modelliert? Als ich das letzte Mal mit dem Programm gearbeitet habe, bin ich an den Booleschen Operationen verzweifelt. With which version is this modeled? If I have worked with the program the last time, despaired I am about the Booleschen operations. Die Textur ist vielleicht zu perfekt. Textur is almost too perfect.

inaani, This was modeled with 3ds max 8. I donĀ“t use regular boolenas under max. I use PowerBooleans that is shipped within 3ds max from version 8. Thanks for your comments.
