Superb detail. Although I have no idea when it comes to Skin Shader. Is that software used in conjunction with Poser? Probably a stooooopid question. Saw your "previous picture". This is outstanding. IMHO You have come a long way from that pic. Superbly rich and detailed.

What a shame you use such a powerful program as Cinema4D for this. Your background image... (you could have spent some time and modelled it) is way to low in resolution. It clearly shows. You also could have added an 'sun' in the background so it would had influenced this poser A sky object and an enviroment object, and well, basicly everything available C4D offers you. Why you just leave this not in poser realy confusses me.

LOL! Yep! What a shame using C4D for this! And yet why not? Really I can not imagine a reason that would hold up a second against the fact that C4D is on my HD, if You take my (respectful!) meaning ;^)! The reason bihind this was testing this idea (of muscles seen through a translucent skin), and the way it is realized is by Vreel SS, which is a C4D plug-in, so, shame on it or not, one would NEED C4D just for this. This is also the reason why I've posted in the C4D gallery -- the stress is on an idea and on the technical way C4D handles it, it would be meaningless to talk of this in the Poser gallery. I thought it was worth sharing it!, and by no mean this yields that I recon myself more clever or more skilled with C4D then others in this community (actually quite the contrary!), but if there's a chance that I've stumbled on this before someone else than I believe it's worth sharing it (ops, said again!). BTW by doing this my hope is also that someone else will eventually put such a possibility to a better end than I will ever be able to do ;^)! That said, I could add that there are also many other good reasons to just render a Poser scene in C4D, even though this means using C4D at 1% of its possibilities (but already at 66% of my skills, LOL!) Finally, You're quite right about the backdrop, I've just put it in because, being the character rather dark, it didn't "came out" well from the black background color (which I would have left otherwise), but, alas!, that was all my worry at the time! Sorry :(, I guess just a different color (or some gradient) could have done a better service! Respectfully Yours! -Stefano
