Description
Layed out in Poser, rendered in Vue. Took 23 hrs to render across three CPU's. I think it was the haze in the atmosphere (and the 2 million polygons) that made it take so long. Thanks for looking!

I like the atmosphere, but now I'm scared to use haze. lol I tend to put a lotta veggies in the scene, and they take forever to render. But veggies and haze will be my demise. :P The sense of motion of the heli blades is great; curious how you did that. Cool outfit on your character as well! :D

The helicopter blades were an interesting challenge. I actually used a custom "black rubber" texture on a very thin cyclinder at a high transparency. There is a little fractal noise interjected to randomize color. It turned out better than I expected! I also tried to put a slight blur on the edges of the helicopters to further give the feeling of motion
