Awww! How cute is that!!! Adorable capture, and beautiful one as well. The DOF is unbelievable. And that single feather sticking out beneath her..or him...just makes them look even cuddlier. Well seen and captured. #:O)

That's cute! I don't know if Doves mate for life, but this picture would certainly support the premise. What a wonderful capture - so see this and get such a great shot at a moment's notice is very impressive.

I am a breeder of doves. I raise and hand-tame them for loving pets. The two in this wonderful photo are called "inca doves", also known as "peaceful dove". These birds do not mate for life always but can and do sometimes. I love working with the doves; they are such sweet and beautiful birds.
