I haven't a clue about modelling. But I know excellent work when I see it. This is it. I love showing renders like this to people so I can see their expressions when I tell them it's not a photo. lol The lighting and textures are top notch. I love the bluish tint the metal of the chairs is picking up. That floor.. whoa. Like the floor of the home I grew up in. MOST impressive!

I dont know what it is about it, but this is actually my favourite of your images so far. You have an excellent gallery full of work that shows us your great talent so choosing one was always going to be difficult.

I wish my house was that neat and clean great render and great interior design was the furniture based off real pieces or was it created for the work, by the way great lighting..I'm not sure though if the background has a photograph or if its actually modeled I'm leaning to photograph since you oversaturated the light in the background. I would love to see it at night now

Thanks everyone. The client had no specific furniture picked out, they just said they wanted it to be modern and contemporary. I went to various interior design websites and looked up different kinds of furniture to make. The background is a rendering of an exterior model that was part of this same project. I'm glad it's your favorite Esclece, i try to get better with each new work.

Amazing. It's already been said that it looks realistic, so why repeat what you've already heard? I do have one small criticism: parts of it (especially the furniture and the objects on the far left) look too clean. I think if you did a little postwork -- added some dust, maybe -- the room would look more lived-in and, I think, even better.

Fantastic work! I love this. I reckon it's so clean because the owners can afford to hire a maid...

Thanks. I used fprime monte carlo radiosity, 2 bounces. Render time was 15 hours. It took me about 10 hours of work to finish everything.

Wow! How long does the rendering for an image like this take? It is a stupendous image! I would love to get my hands on the texture for your floorboards; do you know where I could find it? This certainly desrves the highest rating!

I remember similar lamps from my childhood... They were everywhere: in schools, health centers, offices, etc... Great render! Though the living room looks more like a bar:) But I wont discuss the owners preferences:P Another "5" from me.
