Description
I decided I wouold follow the directions of a tutorial this time, just to get the hang of working with Procedural Terrains and Ecosystems.
This is my version of a peice by Erin Dinur. I decied to follw this specific tutorial because it allowed me to work with a variety of ecosystems and various types of terrain.
I think, all in all, ity is a pretty good attempt.
Comments welcome !

After looking at the original image, I decided that there was a few little things that just didnt seem right. Firstly, the mountains towards the back had a very 'pin and needle' quality to them, so I made them look a little more realistic and added some slight vegetation. I also changed the foreground. Originally, this was a very unrealistic and extremely fake looking orangy brown colour, and the texture just didnt fit the mesh. I decided to re-skin the foreground and also add some vegetation there too. You may notice that I also added a wide river towards the bottom right hand corner. This breaks the monotonous cycle of green tree, green tree, gree tree, gree tree.
I hope you like this newer version!
Constructive critcism is ALWAYS appreciated!

I think you've done a great job here. I've seen Eran Dinur's stuff so I know what it is you're attempting. The lighting is very good. I especially like the little bit of light at the upper left corner. The outcrops of stone are fantastic. You should have more comments here, this piece deserves it. Keep it up!

well done. Ive seen the image from Erin Dinor too, and you are very close to this. The mountains in the background (left) are not so good looking but away from that great work.

Saw this on a fave list. Excellent work. A showcase of Vue mastery - and yes, I like the water on the lower right. Now it really reflects the title.
