Taken at the Walter Sisulu Botanical Gardens in Gauteng, South Africa.
This is one of a nesting pair of black eagles that live there. They're quite difficult to see, much less take pictures of.

Good job, man -- very well composed. Good call leaving all that sky in there and not cropping it tight, although I would've left even more sky off to the sides. Bravo.

Really awesome shot - the rocks are perfect as is the eagle and compo - excellent for a seriously normally dificult shot.
