Nice start! Modeling is ok, but you need to study well on the texturing, lightings, and seating/placing those vegetations. Put shadow on people. Here's some website of high end Architectural Rendering for you to refere! www.cgarchitect.com good luck! :)

everything is excellent butif u exchange the 2d elements with 3d ones like rpc's as an example it would be more nice the design is perfect
