Description

This is a picture that my nephew took when he was 14 visiting me on the outer banks, NC. He is proud of it, being it was 19 years ago.

A superb shot!! I was born close to the outer banks area, New Bern specifically. My wife and I plan on moving back to my old stomping grounds in the near future. This picture has captured one of the reasons.
