Description

This is the second half of my post, a still frame from the animation I posted yesterday. I was up on our roof with a tripod (Tripods work great on roofs!) Taking pictures of a very electrical storm off in the distance. I also reposted the storm animation, now instead of just two frames it has many more, but I had to shrink it a lot. "Summer Storm (Animation)" Thanks for all the comments on the last one! Have a great weekend, and stay cool!! ; )

I love seeing it with all the detail! It's tuly beautiful. But please quit with the lightning rod impersonations, ok? If you're close enough to hear the thunder, you're close enough to be struck. worry Do I need to appeal to Mrs. Eric to knock some sense into you? ;-)

You are a brave man, standing on the roof with a tripod during an electrical storm! Brrrhhhr... that makes the hair on my neck stand straight up. Oh, well. Some people even chase tornadoes! Wonderfully dramatic shot sequence, and worth the risk, I suppose.
