Well I've been drawing since I could pick up a pencil, growin' up in Da Bronx with all the Graffiti influence in the '70's when it was really big and all over the place. . . . I really miss the daze of seein' a WHOLE car painted from top to bottom go by on the platform . . . there were great artists back then. . . . . . . . . . I never really had any formal training, I went to the School of Visual Arts in NYC for a brief time as well as Parsons. . . . but most of the stuff I learned, i picked up on the street and just by DOING. . . . . . . . . .I learned the MORE i did it the better I got . . simple formula! Of course my Graffiti got me into trouble on more than one occasion. . . but i grew outta that and stumbled onto a job where I worked for a Licensed apparel company where I did tee shirt designs for whatever the hot property was at the time such as Spider-man, Batman, The Simpsons, etc.. . . . . . . . . . . I've always tried to keep in mind that as an artist it's always good to be able to ADAPT to different styles, because when you specialize in only one thing it becomes harder to navigate through the professional art world. . . . so I've done greeting cards, tattoos, animation and more and it's really helped me in all the mediums i use. . . . . . . . . . .. . ANYways I still work in the Licensed apparel biz (It's been 22 years, jeez!) but I'm lookin' to one day get some stuff in a gallery and not hafta work for anyone EVER again!!! Oh yeah . . .by the way go check my website out if ya wanna see MORE of the stuff I do!!! www.wiseapple.biz "There is NO better than adversity. Every defeat. Every heartbreak. Oh I beg to differ, I've been reading The Punisher since his first appearance in SPIDER-MAN and I do believe he has more than enough anger in this depiction, but he was always a quiet kinda crazy in all his books, never in a RAGE. . . kinda like Dirty Harry. . .know what I mean? But thanx for the kind words!

I am in awe. I could spot the kind of crazy eyes even without you mentioning it. Your work amazes me, especially how you can change from one style to the other.

I agree with stu1234, their is'nt enough anger in his face and that is because of his left lip indentation and not enough squint in the eyebrows (just an ametuers observation). It is still awesome and deserves alot of respect. Luv the dark circle effect too!
