G'day.
Well i have been naughty again (as i am known to be) and have gone back to my favourite creek/waterfall up at Mt Donna Buang, north east of Melbourne (its only 45min drive up the road anyway)!!
This is a cold/wet temperate rainforest area which gets below zero (deg C)in winter.
This time i brought along some gum boots (wellies)and actually stood in the middle of the creek with my camera and tripod to get a better angle of the waterfalls.
I spent 2 hours clambering down along the rocky creek and found some other spectacular places and hence the next few days will be another series along this creek.
Most are taken with Canon 300d at f10, using nd filter to slow the water down and as always on a tripod.
This was early morning around 10.00am.

This is wonderful! Just look at those ferns hanging out over the water and all the green moss! A totally beautiful scene!! It was worth the wading.

Splendid eye catcher here Lou! I could spend a few hours here shooting this lovely scene...but without my boots I would probably fall in again....Well seen and captured! Aloha!

OMG!! LOU!!! I agree with Kimarie :) It is more then just Gorgeous tho!! I can't really discribe it.. But it is for sure more then just a masterpiece :) Everything in it talks tho.. Humm... I wish i have places to goto like that! I have to travel upto 5-6 hours upnorth or just goto Canada :( But i promise i will one day soon.. ;) THank you Lou for the amazing post and wish to see more..
