Hello Everyone! I'm home from California. What a week! The temperatures were in the 110s; in fact, the first day I was there it was 120 degrees. I've never experienced heat like that! Florida is hot, but it stays below 100. The dryness of the heat was also something I was not used to. It seemed that it was not possible to drink enough water to keep up with the fluid I was losing. All in all, though, it was a good experience. I think I figured out why California women are blonde. The earth is blonde there. Instead of grass, they have a sun bleached wheat stuff all over the ground.... Anyway, the photo above was taken before I left for the trip. I'm going to spend the day today processing the 480 pics that were taken while in California, and I'll start uploading them tomorrow. I hope everyone is having a great weekend!
