Description

Helllooo everybody, First of all I'd like say a big sorry for not being in the galleries for the past few days.... Have had a busy week + weekend. So I'll try catch up here in the next few days ;) Anyway this pic here is for the very kind person who... 1. Invited me out to go skiing... 2. Provided great trasport there... and 3. Is a great guy!!! So thank Jason... AKA "matabele" here on RR... He's also the one who showed me RR so you might want to thank him to lol... ;) So now you know I went skiing... One would guess it's was filled with exciting events which it sure was lol. Some interesting thing I found when I put those skis on... 1. Stopping is verrrryyyy hard o_O and 2. Turning is just as hard lol :P... Oh I fell/crashed many times too... *rolls eyes* It was my first time skiing and I'm aching like you can't believe today *sigh* Ok now to the shot... This was taken in the car (moving) through window ;) So it's a lucky shot in many ways. Oh well I guess I've done enough talking now I'll let you all carry on with what you were doing ;) Hope everyone had a great weekend like I did :) Do you enjoy! Thanks for all comments/critiques. ;)
Best view this one at full size ;) looks a lot better I think!

Great colors but not too crisp. It makes up for the clarity with lots of mood though. Like it.

Hey great shot!! I take pics from the car window too, trick is not to have foreground objects to blur the image I have found. That red rock is exactly the same colour as the rich red dirt on my uncles' wheat farm just 'a few beers' down the road from a little Aussie town called Moombooldool. (no snow though!!) LOL, you bring back so many memories of childhood sun baked holidays, thanks my friend!

Hee Hee - well you could always aim for the rocks to stop... Wonderful timing for your shot - the warm morning light is beautiful and really shows off the rocks. Shooting the snow is def an art as is shooting the beach - I'll have the beach okay?
