Description

Hmm, thought I might celebrate my 100th pic with something colourful... Many thanks for viewing. Take Care. If the thumb looks slightly different than the render, it's because this is V2 with the 'fixes' requested below.

An impressive and genuinely alien environment. I think the fliers might be superfluous, but a terrific looking picture all the same.

Wonderful alien like colors and alien shaped objects !! I agree with MarkHirst - the spaceships are not really needed here - since everything else looks so homogeneous together ! Anyway, superb SciFi scene !!

Hmm, I put the fighters in to pull in the middle ground, and of course because they are the 'Hunters' (Whaling Ships) Hey, maybe I should try a render without the ships and come up with another title... hah, be back in a mo.

One of your best. supurp detail and color. Yea, I agree that spaceships dont really fit into the scenario. Perhaps something like a pterodon or other alien aerial preditor. Unfortunate that airborne alien preditors are not an item that I have ever found any models for. Even something similar to a spider with windblown webbing.

Congrats on 100, and yes everything looks harmonious except the fighters, I think the alien should be floating perhaps with two or three more like jelly fish do anyway superb scenery and as you say very colourful, just a small nit pic the shadow of the alien seems shifted, or is it just me?

Hey Chris, the shadow shifted? nah! Everythings 'Alien' including the light... No really, it's because I have to 'paint' the shadows in on a flat bg, and to be honest I gave up after getting bored.
