Cool coloring and graphic style. Maybe a tiled background- horizontal to offset the vertical..and with bold but not more than a couple of colors- IMO. Good to see your work again, Mark.

Fantastical shapes and colors! You definitely don't want anything too busy in the background... maybe just a soft suggestion with some subdued swirled sfbm. :)
