Description

Is just a little lampoon (as many USA made lampoons on the net), I hope that you are not too touchy, is just a little mockery :) Comments and suggestions welcome as long as you don

Pretty funny. Next you should do one on European neo-nazism and anti-immigration sentiment. That'd be a gas.

Not to mention they always complain about paying so much for gas. But they are cool. I was overeseas when everyone in the USA got SUV's never understood the whole appeal. Looks like a station wagon drives liek a truck.

Imagine this: if we boycott gasoline for ONE DAY, Prices WILL drop. Now imagine downgrading to smaller vehicles....

Good one. Maybe you could take that "IT Conquered the World" image and replace the alien with George Bush? Perhaps dress him like an emperor too? :P

Isn't it amazing? They let us buy SUVs and then squeal like stuck pigs when we use them. Great comic strip btw!

Duo, keep reminding us that we've got some incredibly stupid habits over here. Frankly, I am glad to see SUV owners once or twice a week ruing they day they bought those land-tanks.

@DavidEMartin we have SUVs in Europe too (so we have stupid habits too) but not too much as in US... our cars in average have half (or less) power than the average US cars, this is because from always the oil here cost much more than in US (on today more than $7.00 USD a gallon)...

Duo, nice comic, but if those are supposed to be American balls, you need to work on the English a bit. "Joe, why don't we drive compact cars or car pool?" "Because it is ..... " The rest of it is fine. But it loses its impact a little with the incorrect usage.

What I think is funny is how people in SUVs and trucks now drive slower just to "save" gas. If they really wanted to save on gas, they should drive something more economical to begin with. Also some people seem to think they're more important or something if they can command a "better" view of the road while blocking the view of others. shrug I just use my more nimble sedan to zip around them. :P Oh yeah, the English does need some work.
