Great job on the city. I tried the same for some Honor Harrington-Scenes, but I messed it up. This is really nice.

The city is astoundingly well done - lots of detail - draws the eye into the picture. Adding a bit of background detail might boost the credibility up a notch or two. At any rate, nice job!

Well modeled! The monochrome smog/haze gives this cosmopolitan area a cyberpunk, dystopian look. It is a bit difficult for the eye to decide what the focal point is here; is it the airborne vessel, those on the landing pad, the sculpture in the lake on the mall, or something else? Perhaps a small dash of vivid color or bright light(s) to set it more firmly apart from the background...
