What's New with The Art Of Carol Cavalaris
Galleries: I currently exhibit my work in several Colorado galleries, including juried shows at Art At The Center in Nederland, and Gilpin County Art Association in Central City. I also exhibit in several on-line art galleries. I also have on-going exhibits at various banks, community centers, libraries, restaurants, and also participate in local Art Fairs and Festivals. Art Licensing: I am a collectible artist with The Bradford Exchange, where my art is on a Dream Catcher Collection, as well as an exclusive figurine and sculpture collection. My art is also being licensed and is on a variety of products including: eSkins for laptops, iPads, iPhones, etc., puzzles that are being sold in Target, K-Mart, and other retail and web stores. Several of my pieces have been licensed by a company called The Mountain. They produce high-quality, environmentally-friendly T-shirts and other apparel, and have some of the finest wildlife and fantasy artists in the world on their team. What an adorable painting. The snow leopard is so beautiful. Awful to think it is an endangered species. Now I have heard and I am sure that you will find this part interesting. There have been sightings of snow leopards in the Chiracahua Mountains between New Mexico and Southern Arizona on the Arizona side. In fact one of my brothers who has a cabin there saw one. Apparently they came up from Mexico. There are also plans to re-introduce some endangered species to Southern New Mexico which is similar to Africa as a protected wildlife area. Of course the ranchers are going ballistic over the idea, but it may happen yet. The snow leopard though, lives at high and cooler altitudes tho if I am not mistaken. Well, I am really glad you did this gorgeous image. It is a magnificent painting. Excellent work sweetie !!!!
