Description

Hello!! Well, here is #9 in my Redwood series. A fallen redwood...and at the base, life sprouts from it. I love these California parks because they leave nature as it is unless it puts the visitors in danger. A fallen tree stays where it lands and every fallen tree has new growths of all kinds. They become homes to animals or sprout ferns and other types of plants. Very beautiful to behold. This shot didn't come out exactly like I had hoped, but I thought it got my point across well enough. Hope you all like it. :) Thanks for the wonderful comments on my last upload, Giraffe (for Kimmers). I know it's not the most impressive couple of shots, but I liked them for different reasons.:) Thanks for having a look and I hope your days are fantastic! :)

Have you seen that new animated movie "Over the hedge"...well in that one there were plenty of animals living in a fallen log.....i suppose that statement qualifies as random...bla bla. #:oP You should see it though....sooooo funny! Beautiful photo once again Danielle. The light is what really does it for me in these shots. Perfectly exposed. Have a wonderful weekend!!!! #:O)

Beautiful! The color and depth are so nice. But it's the lighting that draws and keeps my eye.
