Looks good! suggestion, give some motion blur on the axe, easy to do in photoshop, and it'll give somw action to the scene.

EXCELLENT still action sequence and you can " hear " the swish of the blade as it passes overhead and the grunt of her body bending to avoid it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
