Wonderful wonderful lighting and skin tone. As chrispoole said the radiosity settings are just right. I can feel the breeze wafting in the open door

hmmm...I think I need to know better Carrara. I have it, but I can't use well. But now I see ... need to use it, because can make lovely renders with it :)
