Description
This is an "Apollonian gasket" fractal arranged into a Yin-Yang configuation and rendered using texture-mapping to fill the circular areas that are generated by the fractal algorithm. I composited it in GIMP.

A great concept, and beautifully done execution. The textures are fabulous, and the sun-flares behind the sphere really add something to this image. Wonderful!
