Description


All sky elements set to black, glasses placed on a fine mesh in the form of a cube and one round light placed above the glasses. Then the light was projected through the mesh as a texture Gel. Half hour to set up scene and play with the settings, 3minutes 30seconds to render (Medium anti-alias) Who says Bryce takes too long to render Skip me old mate :) Cheers to everyone who looked and commented on my last pic. Yeah, yeah, show-off.. ;p... ok, so I take hours to render in Bryce...and for no such results. Great use of the gel function there - impressive as always! You do realise of course that I'll have to rise to the challenge on this.. Er..when I've had some sleep and a chance to think about it, of course. Keep rendering and showing us how it's done! And may I also add my congratulations on your anniversary 200 upload.

Steve, it is a nicely done and artistic render! Wonder if I will ever be good enough at Bryce 4 to get something close to this . . . my last try, following a water fall tutorial, took 2 hours to render. Maybe I should not have used so much transparent and refract effect in my material? Anyway, this is a creative and well made art work you have created my friend!

Fantastic array of jugs and wineglasses in this superb picture , Steve . Of course , I love the cubical table with it's chequerboard tiled surfaces and the grid-like floor . Great to see how they both effortlessly merge together ...... superb work , Steve !
