Where as the original's cropping, expressions and focus made a nice snapshot, this one, being so blurred, just gives me a headache. Which is maybe the point I'm missing. You're trying to get across the feeling of the evening by posting an out of focus shot? Sorry, pretty girls, but I don't get this one.

I agree with drawbridgephoto, the image isnt very... artsy. It just looks like a badly taken drunken night shot that shouldnt be posted on renderosity, which IS an art site...sorry.
