One minor thing befor I compliment this image: It should be "The Girl Who..." because "who" represents a living, animate object, and "that" represents an inanimate one. So, if that's the title of the book, you may want to suggest to the author or editor to change it. After all, it seems like a children's book, and it would be ashame for children to read that as the title and think that's correct. But nitpicking on the title aside, I could tell this was a story book picture right off the bat. It definitely has a very professional feel to it :) It's really very pretty and your use of texture has come out great. The color of the dress and skin work out great together!
