Description

Driving up the zig-zags to the Passo Pordoi, was a challenge in itself. The car seemed to have a mind of its own and stopped at almost every bend on the road so that we could gawp up at the amazing Dolomites unfolding for us. June 05 Thanks for viewing.

Nice POV, Anthony. My uncle had an old bottle green Rover 90 that used to do the same thing on the old Antrim Coast Road over 45 years ago. It was best behaved when being driven in reverse. I had my first lesson in it on a shingle car park. It felt smooth enough to me, then. Regards, John.

Ah, the Dolomites again...! I once was in an unbelievably bad thunderstorm there at night. The echoes of the thunder, coming from those vertical rocks all around... just incredible!!! They sure provide some of the most beautiful mountain scenes you can see, and you showed that perfectly with this splendid capture. Wonderful work, Anthony!

From a relaxing mood of sitting next to the pond to a rise of beautiful trees and finally to an impressive hair raising view of this mountain. Beautiful. Aloha

It sure is a lovely place alright. I wouldn't mind seeing it in person someday. But until then I sure am enjoying your pictures of the area. Thank you.
