It is a great scene, but I do wonder if the shadow isn't a little bit too stark. I'd suggest that you either tone down the shadow somewhat (I don't believe that that would lessen the impact - it would still be terrific), or you give the Commander some goggles, or shades. That internal green light is excellent.

I think the strong shadow is a good reflection of the superiority feeling from the commander. She is the big boss on the ship and all other crew members have to do what she commands. That's it !
