This kind of shots (at sunset) really remains your speciality, Andreas !(although, we all know that you can do everything...) Wonderful serene image, well composed ! :~)

Wow.What a big difference there is.I love the sky and the extra bit of blue on yesterday's but the compo on this one is so wonderful,I would be hard-pressed to decide which I prefer. So interesting to see the difference your lens can make. They are both great,Andreas, and I'm glad you decided to add this one to your gallery. It has a different feel than the other,it has a kind of solitude I think the other one didn't because the dock is more 'important' in this one.Great work,my friend, and hope you get to have a wonderful rest of your vacation.-M :^)

This one has a much more comfortable feel to it - the vastness emptiness has gone that you get with the wide angle. Both very fine images and both have their place.

Yes, quite a difference. With the closer crop and almost no blue sky, it takes on a completely different feel. I like both, but this one is more intimate. Enjoy your 11 days, grrrrrr.....

Well, Andreas, I'd have to say that anyone who doesn't love your awesome sunsets has missed the boat. Gone completely up the river crazy. I just don't know how you do it - two perfect shots right after each other. You know, I'm lucky if 1 in 500 turn out! Ouch.

Sure would love to climb in that boat and toss in a fishing line... Absolutely explosive sky colors. Great dark shadows and shapes.

I can't believe that's the same place at the same time! This one has amazing colors, too. I do like the boat in this better. Glad you posted them both. Gorgeous! :)

Very different in as much as there is a clear definition of foreground, middle and background. But both look great and are very much dominated by the excellent mood and colours. Nice seeing the difference illustrated.

This one is very good showing the details of the boat far better. Still I prefer the wild sky of the other one to this one. LGP Carmigo
