"Wow" was the first thing I thought when I saw this, and apparently I'm not alone. :) Everything is awesome, but I especially like the grass and the bottom twirl of the dress.

Nice composition and lighting. I like that blurred background, it makes your character stand out better. Beautiful character and pose. It's a pity we see so few of your characters. 8-) Excellent postwork.
