Description
This delicate blossom, the Mimosa, is thought of as a symbol of sensitivity. This one blooms each spring behind the building where I work and on the way home, the sides of the highway are literally covered with these trees and their blossoms give the hillsides a pink glow and fill the air with a sweet smell that words cannot portray. If you take a glance thorugh Lyne's gallery, it's easy to see that she has a sensitivity in her art that only a rare few can achieve and so I didicate this one to her tonight. Of course, don't be surpriesd if Diane is somewhere close by enjoying the pink flowers. :-)

Gee!! Aww, thank you! Cheered my evening as I sit here with some health problems/pain taking the edge off the evening... This favorite photo of yours is on my desktop too! I did not know what kind of tree it was or that it smells so good... how lucky to be where they are so profuse to enjoy! :)
