I live in Nottingham in the UK. Married for 33 yrs with 4 sons and 1 grand daughter, who we have only just been allowed to start seeing(parentage dispute). I am a venerable 52 yrs young and have several hobbies among which are wargaming, reading, films and this art thingy.

There are some superb and astounding artists on this and other sites (although I suspect that some use other aliases) and I just simply enjoy looking at their work. There are also just too many to add to my favourites but I do have a comprehensive list of these.

I am no Picasso, in fact, I cannot draw for toffee, but with the help and aid of certain programs, together with help and encouragement from friends and family (especially my best friend of 23 yrs, Shadowking1957)I can have a go. Comments, together with help and tips from people on here and above all else, the enjoyment I get out of it inspire me to keep doing it.
