An abridgement of the remembers as Randir (human) visit his home in Provance (btw. Google has help me to translate it. I hope its understandable):
The meal at the table ran like always being silent. Randir sat his father to linking and avoided it to regard him. Alishas view and the view of the mother moved however again and again between Randir and Erik back and forth. The two women knew, as soon as one of the two men broke the silence, sometime it would end in a controversy.
