"Though I might travel afar, I will meet only what I carry with me, for every man is a mirror. We see only ourselves reflected in those around us. Their attitudes and actions are only a reflection of our own. The whole world and its condition has its counter parts within us all. Turn the gaze inward. Correct yourself and your world will change."

You look like a very sweet young girl, and i like this pose. Particulary the eyes look amazing. I would probably suggest you play with the levels a little to see if you cant whiten the backdrop a bit further to get rid of the wrinkles in it. But its a beautiful portrait, and even more so very impressive considering its a selfportrait. Have a great weekend!!! #:O)

I am looking forward to what is coming of this, I've been trying to set up studio but I have to rent all the equipment every time. Good luck!

the portrait looks great, nothing to feel self confindent about...i also do agree with Zacko, and a little more contrast would help (i think, but im not an expert). Your eyes turned out amazing but its the only feature you enchanced on this portrait, maybe try the lips too???...i hope this helps, jope to see more.

Ok, can the post remorse. What you lack in self-confidence, you make up for in artistic talent. I don't do any postwork so I have no technical input, but I like what I see ;-) Please yourself first and your humble followers will reply in kind. thanx ;-)

Black fingernails may have gone well with this...LOL! Nice pose, image, and just look at those great big beautiful eyes! Zacko, my eyesight must be going because I don't see any wrinkles, unless you mean the pixelation around the edges of the hair and torso, and you can get rid of that in Photoshop. I wonder if more of a shadow effect would help toward the bottom of the image; maybe, maybe not.

Lack of confidence is a threat to one's creativity, so push it away, please. Fine tonal gradient in your picture, I like that.
