Description

I created the model of the foo fighter in Lightwave and then textured and rendered it in bryce. The planes are from photos (unknown photographer) all put together with pp in coral paint. --------------------------------------------- EXTRACT FROM WIKIPEDIA "The term foo fighter was used by Allied aircraft pilots in World War II to describe various UFOs or mysterious aerial phenomena seen in the skies over Europe and the Pacific theatre. Contemporary witnesses often assumed that the foo fighters were secret weapons employed by the enemy. Despite these fears, foo fighters (whatever they might have been) were apparently never reported to have harmed or tried to harm anyone. Though usually thought of as blobs of light or fire, several different types of reported phenomena were classed as "foo fighters". ----------------------------------------------- Of course I have made them a bit hostile...well giving out benevolent smiles wouldn't make much of a picture would it !!

An exceptional piece ! Well thought out and executed. Do a search for a Nazi weapons project named "Project Fireball",........an early heat-seeking projectile experiment. Once again,.......well done !
